1955 (Season unknown)--by the Mother. Attempted to suffocate with a yellow
blanket in Los Angeles. Post Partum Depression? [Grey Memory "Mommy,
don't kill me."]
1975 (Winter)--by person unknown. Shot in right leg in South Dakota. No
known reason for this attack. No available memory (highly intoxicated at
time). This entry is based on very good physical evidence.
1977 (Spring)--by business partner (Cecil Sublett). Thrown through second-story
window In South Dakota. Money argument led to this attack. No available
memory. No available evidence. This entry is based on second-hand evidence
and this evidence may have been purposefully planted.
1989 (February 2)--by roommate (Dave Marchesano) in Canoga Park (Los Angeles).
Dave had rented my room to other people and felt that I wouldn't accept

1992 (September 11)--by Pseudo Nita and Man All in Black. No known reason
for this attack. Multiple memories of this incident suggest that a second
Man All in Black may have been present. Diazonon used. #2
