Update (May 2, 2005):

The design team is auditioning special redirect scripts as the final phase of moving the entire site to the new servers at the new domain. The desired script will be able to handle http://www.ktb.net/~pacranch/anything.htm/ .html/ .php/ .php4 and forward the surfer to http://www.pacranch.com/anything.htm/ .html/ .php/ .php4 automatically. This should occur in the next week or so.

Update (February 21, 2005):

The News Letter's moving servers again, though this time in a more organized fashion. Hopefully there'll be no broken links nor missing files - only the Senior Editor has direct server access.

Update (December 11, 2004):

Once again the KTB servers show Pacoima Ranch offline. This merely solidifies the decision to move to a safer server environment. It's been offline for over five hours with no response.

Original story (December 4, 2004):

Multiple times during Friday, November 26, 2004 through Tuesday, November 30, 2004, the server center that houses Pacoima Ranch was broken into (via the 'Net) and all of Pacoima Ranch was thrown offline. Frequent calls to customer service produced extremely weak responses about a hacker who kept knocking the authentication nameserver offline.

All in all, the decision to move to a new and more secure server was made. Having friends in the business made it easy and quick to find what was wanted. As part of the move, our new host issued this press release:
