Welcome to the download page for the Internet Explorer builds. The projected size of the download is 13.0 to 23.1M's, depending on components selected. Most users will have a 16M download (as an Active Install from ConXion.COM). All versions of Internet Explorer are free.

Because so many people ask us, here's our thinking on Internet Explorer in general: We actively support Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6. They have very good HTML 4.01 and CSS2 compliance and are a first tier browser (based on domination of the browser market and compliance). Opera is second tier (excellent HTML 4.01 and CSS2 compliance, but small market share). Netscape 4.7 (which we no longer actively support) has bad compliance, and NS 7 looks to be very similar (including related Mozilla builds) and is a third tier browser (lousy compliance and modest market share).
