One of many dreary and boring graphics that came out of New York
when the "palace coup" occurred and London lost control in late
1998. With a few minor exceptions, all graphics during this period
were similarly boring and dismal. The slow motion implosion that
eventually destroyed this formerly grand cybercity can be traced to
this period and these soulless graphics.
