A page is defined as a maximum of three page-downs per screen. Longer pages may be double or triple pages and are billed as such. PopUps count as pages, though it takes three PopUps to reach a one-page count. Graphics available are "canned" (already here at Pacoima Ranch) or contributed by you for us to mount into your pages. Graphic creation is available for $35.00 (USD) per hour with a one-hour minimum. One hour is usually sufficient for a page's worth of simple graphics including imagemaps. We're now offering advanced Shockwave Flash 5 graphics and pages. An upcharge of $70.00 (USD) per page will apply if you'd like the page to be Shocked in Flash 5. Complicated coding may cause a conflict between page rates and hour rates. When this occurs, the hour rate will be used.

The minimum billing for a commercial website is $115.00 (USD) for the first three pages and/or hours. Up to one-half hour of additional webmaster maintenance is included for the first thirty days. Regardless of site size, the maximum free webmaster services offered is ten hours during the first thirty days. Free webmastering as part of your assignment is to assist you in repairing broken links, changing misquoted text and similar things. Full time webmaster service is also available. The monthly minimum for full service webmaster service is $300.00 (USD) for eight hours per month. This is sufficient for most sites of twenty (20) to thirty (30) pages that need frequent content updates. Commercial websites include all HTML (or similar) files, all graphics (and similar, including midi's, java and other binaries), full upload with repeated testing to ensure server acceptance and a guaranteed time schedule (usually less than 15 days, but this can change). You will always be notified of an approximate schedule and we will take your needs into consideration.
