A page is defined as a maximum of four page-downs per screen. Longer pages may be double or triple pages and are billed as such. PopUps count as pages, though it takes two PopUps to reach a one-page count. Graphics available are "canned" (already here at Pacoima Ranch) or contributed by you for us to mount into your pages. Graphic creation and VRML work is available for $35.00 (USD) per hour with a one-hour minimum. One to three hours is usually sufficient for an entire page worth of simple graphics and imagemaps. VRML work usually takes 50-100 hours per world and "canned" VRML worlds are not offered. A limited number of simple VRML scenes are available ("canned"). Please ask us in your initial E.Mail and we will give you the URL's. These simple scenes are merely licensed to you for your personal site's use and remain the copyrighted © 1998, © 1999, © 2000, © 2001, © 2002 property of Pacoima Ranch Offices. We're now offering advanced Flash 5 graphics and pages. An upcharge of $70.00 (USD) per page will apply if you'd like the page to be Shocked in Flash 5. Simple Flash graphics (like the one at the top of this page) would add a mere $35 (USD) to a page's price, or may be thought of as the page graphics should the page be light on graphics. Once created, a graphic or Flash movie may be recycled repeatedly without incurring new upcharges.

The minimum billing for a personal website is $115.00 (USD) for the first three pages and/or hours. Up to one hour of additional webmaster maintenance is included for the first thirty days. This is to assist you in repairing broken links, changing misquoted text and similar things. Personal websites include all HTML (or similar) files, all graphics (and similar, including midi's, java and other binaries), full upload with repeated testing to ensure server acceptance and a guaranteed time schedule (usually less than 15 days, but this can change). You will always be notified of an approximate schedule. For a variety of reason, Pacoima Ranch Offices reserves the right to refuse any work, without giving any reason. In the event that this happens, a full refund will be issued. We don't do porno, questionable MLM's, pyramid scams, nor anything similar. As a general rule, we begin assignments after an exploratory fee has been received.

Pages such as this one (which you are now surfing) would cost about $100 each (3D photo-realistic graphics, many Flash movies, complicated alignments, imagemaps, music driven audioscopes). Where an apparent conflict develops, the number of hours involved in producing a page or a site is the deciding billing determination.
